About Rob Haines
My name is Rob and I live in Sleaford. I have been a driving instructor since 2015, and have an amazing pass rate of 80%. In my previous career working as a residential care officer, I feel I am able to transfer my skills of being calm and friendly whilst instructing.
I think it is best to get in touch as everyone’s needs are different, this is why I offer a wide range of driving options, from 1 hour weekly lessons to a variety of intense courses.
I am an independent fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). My Driving School in Sleaford offers manual driving lessons, intensive courses, refresher training and also Pass Plus.

Introducing Terry Sturgeon
My name is Terry Sturgeon and I have been an Approved Driving Instructor since 2008.
I have been teaching pupils from all walks of life from beginners, to trained pupils and full licence holders as well as Pass Plus.
I have a vast experience of driving tuition from many different area across England. Exeter , Corby , Peterborough and Grantham are just a few a the areas I have delivered driving lessons.
Introducing Sarah Denton
My name is Sarah Denton and I have lived in Sleaford since 2001. Prior to becoming a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), I taught Physical Education in Secondary Schools for a number of years.
My background as a teacher certainly helps me to understand that everyone learns differently and that clear explanations and patience are the key to helping develop the safe drivers of the future.
Introducing Nigel
Nigel lives in Sleaford. He loves motorbike racing and spending time with his wife and children. Nigel has always had an interest in driving. Prior to joining 1st Drive, Nigel was a HGV driver and he has also been a marshall for racing in Saudi Arabia!
Nigel firmly believes that road safety is paramount. He is passionate about training his pupils to be safe and confident drivers.
